Upon arriving at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Douglas, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service provided by the front desk staff. Despite a mix-up with our suite reservation, they went above and beyond to accommodate us, even arranging a complimentary room at a nearby hotel. This level of care truly made our stay memorable and stress-free.The morning breakfast staff were also incredibly kind and accommodating. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of hot and cold options that left us feeling satisfied and ready for the day ahead. The pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the area, and the friendly staff even helped us with our leftovers, showcasing their exceptional service.The hotel's location near the Platte River provided us with the opportunity to enjoy boating, fishing, and biking, immersing us in the pristine outdoors retreat that Douglas, Wyoming has to offer. The nearby Wyoming Pioneer Memorial Museum allowed us to delve into the rich history of the area, providing a deeper appreciation for the region's heritage. The attentive staff, delicious breakfast, and convenient amenities made our stay truly unforgettable.
